Symptom narrative

Speech problems noticed by myself and-others in June of 2021. Remained undiagnosed until emergency room visit when a stroke was suspected . She states at that time that her speech problem had started after the vax, but was assuming it would clear. The ER visit was 11/17/2023.

CT scan 11/17/2023. We?re looking for stroke evidence. Was referred back to PCP. With a diagnosis of Aphasia. Was given Pfizer Covid Booster 12/8/2021.
