Symptom narrative

Patient started developing local pain in the back of her right arm where she received the yellow fever vaccine a short period of time after receiving the vaccine. Over the next couple of days, the pain started moving down her elbow and she developed back pain. By the time she called the Pharmacy on 2/3/26, she had pain in her neck almost like a pinched nerve with lack of mobility. She was referred to her doctor and reported to the E.R. She called the Pharmacy back same date and stated she was diagnosed with Brachial Neuritis and started on an oral course of steroid and pain medication.
