An adult male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. Concomitant medication(s) included: VARICELLA ZOSTER VACCINE taken for immunisation as dose number unknown, single. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE VESICLES (non-serious) with onset Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "Blisters on site of injection"; PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "arm pain"; PAIN (non-serious) with onset Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "body ache". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of vaccination site vesicles, pain in extremity, pain. Additional information: Blisters on site of injection, arm pain and reports body ache.
