No additional AE; VAQTA that was administered to a 19 month old male patient on 12-JAN-2026 but had expired on 26-DEC-2025; This spontaneous report was received from a Nurse and refers to a 19-month-old male patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 12-JAN-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA), (lot #Y013120 has been verified to be valid, expiration date 26-DEC-2025) (dose, frequency, anatomical site, routed of administration were not provided) (Expired product administered) indicated as prophylaxis.
