No additional AE; Nurse calling to report an expired dose of GARDASIL 9 was inadvertently administered to a patient. Caller stated dose of GARDASIL 9 expired on 1/7/2026 and was administered on 1/19/2026. Caller confirmed product did not undergo any temperature excurs; This Spontaneous report was received from a nurse and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent condition, past medications, concomitant medications were not reported. On 19-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated inadvertently with an expired dose of human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (lot # 1965044, expiration date: 07-Jan-2026; formulation, strength, exact dose, route and anatomical site were not reported) for prophylaxis (expired product administered). No additional adverse event was reported (no adverse event).
