No report of side effects of symptoms/ no additional AE; HCP called to report an expired dose of PROQUAD was given on 1/17/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a 4-year-old female patient. The patient's concurrent conditions, medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On 17-Jan-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), (lot #X018729, expiration date: 06-Jan-2025) 0.5 mL, once (route of administration, anatomical location were not reported) for prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (dose, route of administration, anatomical location, lot # and expiry date were not provided). On 17-Jan-2025, the patient received an expired dose of vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) (expired product administered). The patient came in for a visit on 29-Jan-2026 and they realized that she received an expired vaccine. There was no report of side effects of symptoms and no temperature excursion history on product.
