First Dose of HEPLSAV-B, In July I Mistakenly Received a Dose of ENGERIX; Initial report received on 18-Dec-2025. A consumer reported a male patient received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization in Jun-2025 but mistakenly received a dose of ENGERIX-B in July-2025. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. In Jun-2025, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot number, expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not available)]. In Jul-2025, one month after receiving HEPLISAV-B, the patient mistakenly received a dose of a hepatitis B vaccine [ENGERIX-B (lot number not available)]. No adverse effects were reported.
