Product complaint/Missed dose; Product complaint/Missed dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number 7Mn4c) for prophylaxis. She was preparing a dose for administration to a patient, and she had to waste two syringes and the patient missed her dose of Bexsero.
