did not receive his second dose until 3 months ago; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 59-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose of Shingrix 3 or 4 years ago). In OCT-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (right arm). In OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: did not receive his second dose until 3 months ago). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 27-JAN-2026 The patient did not remember the dates when he received either his first or his second dose. He also did not have a lot number or expiry date for either of the Shingrix doses. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
