Symptom narrative

never received a second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received in DEC-2020). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never received a second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 29-JAN-2026 The patient who received a dose of Shingrix in DEC-2020. She did not know if this was her first or second dose. The patient asked if this was her first dose, she never received a second dose. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
