had the first shot but have not went back for the second it's been 4 years; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (fist dose was received 4 years ago). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: had the first shot but have not went back for the second it's been 4 years).
