The patient's past medical history included shingles. Concurrent medical conditions included post herpetic neuralgia, occipital neuralgia and headache. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient had shingles about 5 times and was advised to get the shingles vaccine by an infectious disease doctor. And got his first dose and was deathly ill for three days. On the fourth day after receiving the vaccine, patient developed trigeminal neuralgia. A neurologist later advised not to receive the second dose, and patient continued to suffer daily, uncertain about the next direction for care.
