rapid heartbeat; forearm and upper arm were pulsating; radiating arm pain; Muscle aches; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via other manufacturer and described the occurrence of heart rate increased in a 67-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included dupilumab solution for injection in pre-filled pen for prurigo nodularis. Additional patient notes included patient's past medical history, medical treatment, vaccination, concomitant and family history were not provided. On 29-NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. In JUL-2025, the patient started dupilumab (subcutaneous) 300 mg every other day. In NOV-2025, less than a week after receiving Shingrix and an unknown time after starting dupilumab, the patient experienced heart rate increased (Verbatim: rapid heartbeat), pain (Verbatim: forearm and upper arm were pulsating), pain in extremity (Verbatim: radiating arm pain) and myalgia (Verbatim: Muscle aches). The action taken with dupilumab was unknown. The outcome of the heart rate increased, pain and myalgia were unknown and the outcome of the pain in extremity was not resolved. Patient stated his forearm and upper arm were pulsating and provider was aware. He stated he was still having some arm pain but much less severe.
