The reporter reported that she and her husband got the shot when they first came out either 2021 or 2022. Her husband got shingles in the winter of 2023. His doctor told them that he got the shingles because he had been diagnosed with cancer. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
