I had my 1st shingles vaccine, but cannot remember when I got it, my 2nd vaccine I was supposed to get in November but wasn't able to; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Varicella zoster vaccine (1st dose of Shingles vaccine received on an unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: I had my 1st shingles vaccine, but cannot remember when I got it, my 2nd vaccine I was supposed to get in November but wasn't able to).
