On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: had them on the inside of my leg going down of my foot). Patient reported that they had them on the inside of my leg going down of foot. Patient's doctor said if they could be along any nerve. So, the shingles shot gave patient side effects of everything listed. So, patient did not take the second shot. Patient did not want all to have over again.
