Symptom narrative

Kinrix was given to patient outside of age range; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 8-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 4L454, expiry date 16-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 19-JAN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 19-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix was given to patient outside of age range).
