Infanrix partial dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete dose administered in a 19-month-old female patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number JF7DM, expiry date 29-APR-2027) for prophylaxis. On 21-JAN-2026, the patient received Infanrix. On 21-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced incomplete dose administered (Verbatim: Infanrix partial dose administered). The outcome of the incomplete dose administered was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 21-JAN-2026 On 21-JAN-2026, a Licensed Practical Nurse reported that on 21-JAN-2026 a patient moved during the vaccine administration of Infanrix. The needle was taken out of the left leg and some of the vaccine squirted onto their clothing. The patient did not receive the full dose.
