Infanrix instead of Tdap vaccine in adult; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 28-year-old male patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number 47Y5M, expiry date 06-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Tdap Vaccine) for prophylaxis. On 04-JAN-2026, the patient received Infanrix. On an unknown date, the patient received Tdap Vaccine. On 04-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix and not applicable after receiving Tdap Vaccine, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: Infanrix instead of Tdap vaccine in adult).
