Symptom narrative

patient received a Kinrix dose and then an IPV single dose from Sanofi; received Kinrix at 11 months of age; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a 11-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 52D72) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Polio vaccine inact (Ipv) for prophylaxis. On 22-JAN-2026, the patient received Kinrix and Ipv. On 22-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix and Ipv, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: patient received a Kinrix dose and then an IPV single dose from Sanofi) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: received Kinrix at 11 months of age). The outcome of the overdose and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 22-JAN-2026 The health care professional reported that the patient had received a Kinrix dose and then an IPV single dose from Sanofi on the same day. The patient received IPV and Kinrix vaccine on same day and both vaccine contain polio virus, which led to overdose.
