Havrix expired dose administration (more than 30 days between expiration and administration); This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 46-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number T9TL9, expiry date 05-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 23-JAN-2026, the patient received Havrix. On 23-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Havrix expired dose administration (more than 30 days between expiration and administration)).
