Havrix-Expired dose administered/ The vaccine was expired since 18/December/2025 and the patient received it today on 23/January/2026; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 45-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number HR4RB, expiry date 18-DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Havrix (1st dose received on 23-JUL-2025). On 23-JAN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix. On 23-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Havrix-Expired dose administered/ The vaccine was expired since 18/December/2025 and the patient received it today on 23/January/2026).
