Potential Flulaval two doses given with less than 4 weeks apart; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 17-month-old male patient who received Flu Seasonal TIV Quebec (FluLaval 2025-2026 season) (batch number FH4YR, expiry date 02-JUN-2026) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Influenza vaccine inact split 3v (Flulaval). On 26-JAN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of FluLaval 2025-2026 season. On 26-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving FluLaval 2025-2026 season, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: Potential Flulaval two doses given with less than 4 weeks apart). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable.
