Symptom narrative

a patient got their first dose of Shingrix in 2022. The patient never received a second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 64-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received in 2022). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: a patient got their first dose of Shingrix in 2022. The patient never received a second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 27-JAN-2026 The pharmacist asked whether the patient needed to restart the series or if they could just give the second dose. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
