dose of Kinrix was given to a 1-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 1-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3C423, expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Pediarix (Patient received 3 doses). On 26-NOV-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 26-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: dose of Kinrix was given to a 1-year-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
