15-months-old patient received by mistake Boostrix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 15-month-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number 94KG2, expiry date 28-NOV-2027) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Boostrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 15-months-old patient received by mistake Boostrix). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
