Symptom narrative

dose of Kinrix to a patient who is 6 months old; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 6-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 93H32, expiry date 19-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 28-JAN-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 28-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: dose of Kinrix to a patient who is 6 months old). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
