Late second dose/ did not receive the 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (1st dose received on 05-AUG-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late second dose/ did not receive the 2nd dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 29-JAN-2026 The pharmacist explained that a patient received first dose of Twinrix on 05-AUG-2025 and they are planning to give a late second dose today on 29-JAN-2026, but it had not been given yet at the moment of the call. Pharmacist mentioned that first dose was not given at their facility, so they do not have a lot number or expiration date for that vaccine. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
