A 54-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), in Nov2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 54 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. There were no concomitant medications. The following information was reported: PAIN (non-serious) with onset Nov2025, outcome "recovered" (Nov2025), described as "felt extreme body aches after taking the vaccine on a Friday morning". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of pain. Additional information: Patient felt extreme body aches after taking the vaccine on a Friday morning. She took several doses of ibuprofen and reported feeling better by Saturday afternoon. The patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the Comirnaty (2025-2026 Formula) vaccine. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the Comirnaty (2025-2026 Formula) vaccine. Allergy was unknown.
