An elderly male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), in 2023 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Allergy: Sulfur based Meds" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 2023, outcome "unknown" and all described as "I had gotten the Pfizer COVID vaccine about 6 weeks ago/ caught COVID from my wife". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of drug ineffective, covid-19. Clinical course: Patient reported that he had gotten the Pfizer covid vaccine about 6 weeks earlier. he caught covid from my wife and i had too very bad bed ridden days. Besides blood in his stool, it hurt some to go to the toilet. he was up walking around by the time this started. It was unknown if the patient taking any other medications within 2 weeks prior to the event onset, there are no other diagnosed illness / medical history /chronic health conditions to report.
