Symptom narrative

Redness after injection around injection site on arm, provider looked at it and pt instructed that it should be fine but can use ice on it when she got home.

Medical history

Hypothyroidism, Arthritis of left hand, mild recurrent major depressive disorder, age related osteoporosis, hypo magnesium, anemia

Other medications

Levothyroxine 50 mcg MWF and 100 mcg all other days, Trazodone 50 mg qhs, Lexapro 20 mg daily, Wellbutrin XL 150 mg daily Vitamin D 1,000 units daily
