The Moderna vaccine for 12?18 year-olds was given (0.5ml), not the recommended (0.25 ml) for children 6 months to 12 y/o. The error was reported to the parent. Patient was monitored, and no adverse events were reported by the parent. The patient has since been seen in the clinic. with no reported adverse events.
