Flulaval Flu vaccine dose # 2 scheduled and given one day too early-11/26/25. Flu dose #1- 10/30/25. Provider discussed with patient's mother. Decision reached between provider and mother was that 3rd dose will not be administered to the patient this flu season (2025-2026) to complete the series. Plan is for patient to receive 2 doses next flu season 2026-2027. Mother in agreement.
