Symptom narrative

On February 4, 2026, the patient called and talked to one of our pharmacists (not me the one reporting) and stated that ever since she got the flu shot back in October that her arm has been in pain. She said it started locally, then moved to her shoulder, then down her arm, and now up to neck. She said has trouble raising her arm and grasping things. She has visited her PCP and they referred her to physical therapy.
