Symptom narrative

Pt reported abnormal swelling and pain in the left arm and broke out in a rash that lasted for a week. Pt's doctor has advised him not to get another influenza vaccine due to the pt's reaction to the same vaccine (Fluad - Seqirus) on 9/17/2024. In 2024, the pt only experienced the abnormal swelling and pain that lasted for a week. Pt was on Skyrizi (risankizumab-rzaa) at the time of both vaccinations in 2024 and 2025, which suppresses the immune system.
