Pharmacist confirmed that no symptomatic events were reported; Inbound call from pharmacist to report an administration of an expired CAPVAXIVE dose (with no temperature excursion) to a patient on 1/21/2026.; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, current condition and concomitant medications were not reported. On 21-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine CAPVAXIVE (with no temperature excursion) (0.50 mL total, lot number: Y013009 with expiration date: 17-Nov-2025, strength and route were unknown) for prophylaxis (Expired product administered).
