Undisclosed Illness w/ Fever; Undisclosed Illness w/ Fever; This initial spontaneous case report was received on 30-Jan-2026 from other health care professional regarding a patient (Donor id:) who had "undisclosed Illness w/ fever" (PT: Pyrexia, PT: Illness) following ACAM2000 administration. The patient's concomitant medications, concurrent conditions and allergies were not reported. On 05-Feb-2025, the patient administered ACAM2000 [Smallpox (Vaccinia) Vaccine, Live; lot number: unknown) for immunization. On 17-Feb-2025, the patient experienced undisclosed Illness with fever. The 4 units (unit no. 9410541820, 9410542432, 9410543684 and 9410544658) were collected between on 17-Feb-2025, 19-Feb-2025, 24-Feb-2025 and 27-FEB-2025 respectively under case number 94125-001373 from patient.
