Concurrent medical conditions included blood pressure abnormal, blood cholesterol abnormal, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and asthma. Concomitant products included lisinopril and evolocumab (Repatha). On 18-SEP-2025, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On 19-SEP-2025, 1 days after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced facial droop (Verbatim: right facial droop) (serious criteria GSK medically significant), trigeminal neuralgia (Verbatim: Trigeminal neuralgia on right), slurred speech (Verbatim: slurred speech), swallowing difficult (Verbatim: trouble swallowing liquids), spasmodic dysphonia (Verbatim: spasmotic dysphonia) and weakness of arms (Verbatim: Right arm motor weakness). On an unknown date, the patient experienced speech disorder (Verbatim: trouble talking). The outcome of the facial droop, trigeminal neuralgia, slurred speech, swallowing difficult, spasmodic dysphonia and weakness of arms were not resolved and the outcome of the speech disorder was not reported.
