Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine and the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient hit both shots and still got the shingles (going on two years now) very painful. The patient reported that the shingles was on kneecap and spread down on leg and foot and foot hurts so bad sometimes hard to put shoes on and some nights could not stand cover to even touch leg and foot, but the patient had found out more stress made them worse. The arm was a little sore but took ibuprofen and Tylenol and moved arm as much as could and it helped get the soreness out. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure since the details regarding time to onset and laboratory confirmation was not reported.
