No Medical History information was reported. In 2021, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced ILLNESS (seriously ill for almost 5 years due to the Moderna covid vaccine/The patient experienced a severe injury from the Moderna vaccine lasting over four years). The patient was treated with Acetylcysteine at an unspecified dose and frequency.
