A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Primary immunization series; manufacturer unknown), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: VISION BLURRED (non-serious), VISUAL IMPAIRMENT (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "Some weird vision issues/spots a hazy kind of/like Looking through a dirty glass almost and then there is some spots that have/little tiny dot size of grain of sand with a little circle around it". Additional information: The patient had a Pfizer booster a couple day ago and now experiencing some weird vision issues, where patient has like spots a hazy kind of. It's like looking through a dirty glass almost and then there is some spots that have. There is little tiny dot size of grain of sand with a little circle around it and patient have never experienced before and the only that is been different is a booster shot (Pfizer COVID-19 Booster) for COVID.
