A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: MEMORY IMPAIRMENT (non-serious), FATIGUE (non-serious), outcome "not recovered" and all described as "suffered significant memory problems and persistent fatigue"; IMPAIRED WORK ABILITY (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "lost part of my ability to work and therefore a portion of my income". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of memory impairment, fatigue, impaired work ability. Additional information: the patient submitted a formal complaint regarding the severe and ongoing health issues patient have experienced since receiving your COVID-19 vaccine. These adverse effects have dramatically altered the patient's life, and can no longer remain silent about the damage caused. As a direct result of the vaccine, patient have: Lost part of ability to work and therefore a portion of patient's income. Suffered significant memory problems and persistent fatigue. Spent substantial amounts of money on medical treatments, yet remain in poor health. The cumulative impact of these issues has caused the patient to lose not only health but also financial stability and quality of life. The patient was requesting immediate action: 1. Investigate the case thoroughly and provide a clear explanation. 2. Offer appropriate medical and financial support for the harm suffered. 3. Provide a pathway toward restoring patient's health and addressing the losses patient have endured.
