A patient (age and gender not provided) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), in 2024 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), PNEUMONIA (medically significant) all with onset 2024, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "has had pneumonia since 2024/still has pneumonia". Additional information: the patient said he has had pneumonia since 2024 and wanted to know when he could get the CAPVAXIVE injection. Patient mentioned that he still has pneumonia.
