Received shot on 1-29-2026-- on 1-30-2026--around 3 pm pt noticed rash on front of chest then to both arms to elbows. Rash kept getting darker-purple color . Pt noticed Blood pressure was high that evening 156/90 then hour later 165/94. Pt Blood pressure usually 120. Pt on Valsartan 80 mg. Pt took extra tab after blood pressure got higher that night. PT saw Dr today 2-4-2026 and DR has pt taking 2 Valsartan 80mg and 3rd at night.
