Symptom narrative

I received my first Moderna Covid 19 shot on 1/2022. I received my second Moderna Covod 19 shot on 2/2022 I don't know the specific date, but I recall that it was around Fall of 2023. My left nipple was irritated, more like "chapped". No redness or pain, just sensitive to the touch. My primary physician ordered a mammogram on both nipples and everything was okay. No signs of infection, lumps, or bumps. Both are still quite sensitive to the touch. It wasn't long after this when I noticed my left testicle was swollen. Again, I had no discomfort or pain but checked with my doctor. My doctor sent me for a scan, but nothing was found that could be causing the swelling. She suggest to "keep an eye on it", and as of today, my left testicle is about 3 times the normal size. The only discomfort is the extra weight and I need extra support underwear. My doctor did say that if I wanted her to try and aspirate some fluid from it, she would, but it could lead to an infection and more problems. I declined that alternative. Thank you for your time.
