Symptom narrative

Sypmtoms started Monday evening (2/2), noting some soreness initially, then redness and swelling after that. Difficulty sleeping due to discomfort, flu-like symptoms. Redness spread distally after this. Swelling. Has been using icing, ibuprofen for discomfort. Noting some mild axillary lymphadenopathy. Pain is moderate, redness is mild, swelling is moderate using the criteria in the Prevnar 20 prescribing information. This is occuring at the injection site.
