Symptom narrative

There have been multiple adverse events that have occurred since I received the Pfizer covid vaccine, first onset with July 10, 2021 which cause an emergency event, I went into anaphylactic and lost consciousness, an ambulance was called and i was transported to the emergency department/ER via ambulance, where I was considered critical for 90-110 minutes, per the hospital records. with no known allergies, It is believed that the anaphylactic emergency situation was caused by a mast cell activation/response
