Symptom narrative

I received 1st dose of Shingrix on 10/20/2025 Pharmacy, Shingrix Vial Kit NDC 58160-0823-11. RX#. I received 2nd dose of Shingrix on 1/05/2026. Issued from same Pharmacy. I became very ill with flu symptoms that resided in a week. I noticed face tingling soon after so unsure if was 1st dose or 2nd. My toes and hands then started with numbness and tingling. I ignored the symptoms until I realized after several weeks I have an issue which I researched to the Guillian Barre. I then called pharmacy who stated I am showing the signs.
