Symptom narrative

Few minutes after administration of vaccines patient felt light headed became semi conscious, then appeared to be normal / responding to questions etc. About 1 minute later patient became fully unconscious with lips appearing slightly off color. A single dose EpiPen was administered and shortly after patient was able to sit up in chair and once again responded to questions normally. Paramedics arrived and patient was takin to hospital as precaution.
