Symptom narrative

I was a perfectly healthy individual prior to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Now, since then I have numerous chronic lifelong diseases that nothing makes sense to stem how they started and why they started. They all came on within a year or so since the COVID-19 vaccine and nothing started until 2 to 3 months after receiving the vaccines.

Medical history

Prior to vaccination- nothing. Currently I now have- Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 1, chronic adjustment disorder, major depressive disorder, tinnitus in both ears, allergic rhinitis, narcolepsy, degenerative disc disease, cervical spondylosis, chronic thoracic spinal pain, focal, ketosis, green adds disease, hypergenesis, TMJ, migraines, irritable, bowel syndrome, Brixham, bladder issues, insomnia, left kidney atrophy, and currently being seen and tested for suspected lupus
